I have received a Johnston Court Gift Card, what do I do next?
The Johnston Court Gift Card can be used in participating Johnston Court Shopping Centre stores. You can go directly to the store of your choice and present the gift card at the till as a form of payment. The card is available for use within 48 working hours from time it was purchased. Please note you will need to know your balance if you are presenting the gift card as part payment for a purchase of higher value than the value remaining on your card. Please advise the shop assistance of your balance before processing the transaction
My Johnston Court Gift Card has expired, what can I do?
The Johnston Court Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do offer a re-issue service for a small administration fee. Simply return your card to PO BOX 8942, Malahide, Co. Dublin with a note clearly stating your name and address and we will issue you with a new gift card less the administration fee. This process takes approximately 10 days from the receipt of your gift card. The fee is €5.00 per gift card returned. Please note that we advise that you keep a record of your Gift Card number prior to sending the card to The Gift Voucher Shop. If the expired value on your gift card is under €15 please call our customer service team on 01 8708111.
When can I use my Johnston Court Gift Card?
The Johnston Court Gift Card will be available for use 2 working days after the date of purchase. Remember to keep note of the date of purchase and balance of your gift card.

Stores cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of a Johnston Court Gift Card is not spent then the balance remains on the Gift Card.

No. Unfortunately a Johnston Court Shopping centre stores will not be able to view the balance on a Johnston Court Gift Card. It is advisable that you know how much is left on your Gift Card. view it online at www.Johnstoncourt.ie by clicking on the Gift Card Support area.
My Johnston Court Gift Card was declined but I still have money left on it. Why?
The balance on the gift card may be less than what the retailer attempted to deduct. Check your balance. If the balance is correct then contact our Customer Service team on 01-8708111 to investigate further.
My Johnston Court Gift Card was declined because I didn't know the correct balance but now I do. Can I still use my gift card?
Yes, if you have enough money on the Gift Card the transaction will go through. Please note that if you are paying for an item with the Johnston Court Gift Card and paying the remaining balance in another format, you need to advise the store staff member before providing the Gift Card for payment.
Do I have to spend the whole amount at once?
No, if you don't spend the full balance of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance remains on your gift card
Why was my Johnston Court Gift Card refused?

When I check my balance online, I am asked for a 16 digit card number and password. Where can I find these?
When you wish to check the balance on your gift card online, you are asked for a 16 digit card number and password. The 16 digit card number is located on the front of your gift card and your password is the 3 digit number labeled "CVV2" on the back of the card. The "CVV2" number is located on the underneath of the magnetic (black) strip on the right hand side of the card.
Why is there a fee for re-issuing a Johnston Court Gift Card?
The administration charge for the re-issue of an expired Gift Card is to cover the administration costs involved in transferring funds and issuing a new card as well as the costs of postage and packaging.
Can I spend my euro Johnston Court Gift Card in Northern Ireland, UK, or any other stores outside of Johnston Court?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
My Johnston Court Gift Card has expired but the balance is less than €15.
If you have an expired card with a balance under €15.00 you can elect to pay the difference and bring the balance up to €15 plus €5.00 to have the card reissued. For example if your balance is €12.00 you can send us a cheque or postal order for €8.00 (€3 to bring the balance to €15.00 and €5.00 for the re-issue). You may also opt to gift the full amount of the unused balance to a Charity fund, ask our customer service staff for details
